| The mission of CIAKids is to inspire and nurture in young people a love of the culinary and baking and pastry arts in a fun and informative environment.
Our goals are to:
(1) Increase kids' and young adults' culinary knowledge and fuel their interest in foodservice industry careers.
(2) Foster creativity and encourage young people to have fun in the kitchen.
(3) Serve as an educational resource for parents and teachers of aspiring young chefs.
(4) Support The Culinary Institute of America's mission of providing the world's best professional culinary education and instill in our youth the college's core values of excellence, leadership, professionalism, ethics, and respect for diversity.
