Kids Culinary Courses

At The Culinary Institute of America, we are committed to shaping and encouraging the passion and curiosity of budding young culinary artists. Our fascinating programs will introduce them to a wide variety of cooking styles, from down-home comfort foods to bold and exciting international cuisines.

Our action-packed curriculum, specifically designed for young culinarians, is sure to spark your child's interest in the ingredients, techniques, recipes, and flavors practiced by culinary professionals throughout the world.

By teaching kids basic skills and techniques, providing support for their creativity, and showing them organized and responsible work habits, we can make their kitchen experiences safe, interesting, and enjoyable.

Interest in the arts begins at an early age. Inspiring and guiding young imaginations is the best way to help children explore that interest and develop their passion for the arts-especially the culinary arts.

The Culinary Institute of America provides your child a unique opportunity to work side-by-side with the pros, the renowned chefs of the CIA. And there's no better way to teach kids in the kitchen than through classes chock-full of exciting, fun-filled foods and techniques that they can relate to.

You can view the courses available by visiting the course catalog. There are one-day courses and two-day courses available. Courses fill extremely fast!! Check the catalog often for new dates and courses.
