Grocery List
Yield: Never Enough!
Ingredients Amounts
Chinese noodle (La Choy thin ones) 1 small can
Chocolate, chopped 1/2 lb.
Optional: Nuts, Dry fruits 1/4 cup

Method
  1. Placed chopped chocolate in a stainless steal bowl. Place bowl over sauce pot containing hot water.
  2. Stir chocolate until it is fully melted and smooth.
  3. Add Chinese noodles and optional ingredients, mix to coat completely but do not break noodles up too much. Remove bowl from hot water pot, allow to cool a few minutes.
  4. With a fork, lift small piles (clusters) of the noodle mixture from bowl and place in a heap on parchment (waxed paper) lined sheet tray. Be sure the noodles stay in a heap. If they slide apart too much, cool mixture a bit longer.
  5. When all the mixture is in piles, place sheet tray in refrigerator to cool and harden.
