Yield: 6 portions
Ingredients - Chocolate Fondue Amounts
Semi-sweet chocolate, chopped 1/2 lb.
Heavy cream 3/4 cup
   
Method
  1. Heat heavy cream to a simmer.
  2. Add chopped chocolate, stir gently to fully melt chocolate and form smooth consistency. Keep warm over hot water (135°).
   
Ingredients - Fruit Skewers Amounts
Strawberries, halved 1/2 pint
Pineapple, large dice 6 pieces (1/4 pineapple)
Banana, sliced in chunks 1 ea. Banana
Raspberries 1/4 pt.
Mini marshmallows as many as you want!
Small skewers 1 pkg.
   
Method
  1. Place desired fruit on pointed end of skewer (no more than two pieces per skewer).
  2. Dip fruit in chocolate fondue to coat, let drip excess.
  3. Devour!
