| Cocoa Snowballs |
| Yield: Makes 4 servings. |
| You can serve these cocoa snowballs
in either ice cream cones or dishes. |

| Ice cream scoop or large spoon |
| 4 dessert dishes |

| chocolate-flavored crisp rice
cereal |
1/2 cup |
| coconut |
1/4 cup |
| chopped nut topping |
1/4 cup |
| ice cream (any flavor) |
1 Pint |

| Method |
- In the medium mixing bowl, put the cereal, coconut, and
nut topping. Stir with the wooden spoon to mix.
- Use the ice cream scoop or large spoon to scoop 4 balls
of ice cream. Drop each ice cream ball, one at a time, into
the cereal mixture. Roll the ice cream ball around in the
cereal mixture until it is coated. You will need to work
quickly so the ice cream doesn't melt. Place the ice cream
balls on the baking sheet. Place them in the freezer until
serving time.
- To serve, place a cocoa snowball in each dessert dish.
