| Unsweetened chocolate |
2 1/2 oz. |
| Granulated sugar |
1 cup |
| Milk |
1 cup |
| Heavy cream |
2 cup |
| Vanilla extract |
1 tsp. |
| Semi-sweet chocolate chips or chocolate chunks |
1/4 -1/2 cup |

| Method |
- In a 2-quart saucepan, heat chocolate, sugar, milk, cream
and vanilla until chocolate is melted. Cool.
- Pour mixture into a blender. Mix until smooth.
- Add chocolate chips or chunks. Blend until chips are broken
up.
- Pour into ice cream maker and freeze.
