| Chocolate Fondue with Fruit Skewers

| Ingredients - Chocolate Fondue |

| Semi-sweet chocolate, chopped |

| Heavy cream |

| Method |
- Heat heavy cream to a simmer.
- Add chopped chocolate, stir gently to fully melt chocolate and
form smooth consistency. Keep warm over hot water (135°).

| Method |
- Place desired fruit on pointed end of skewer (no more than two
pieces per skewer).
- Dip fruit in chocolate fondue to coat, let drip excess.
- Devour!
