Yield: 12 tortillas
   
Ingredients Amounts
   
Masa Harina 3 Cups
All purpose flour 3 Tbsp.
Salt 1 Tbsp.
Hot Tap Water approx. 2 1/2 Cups
   
Method
  1. Combine all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add hot water and mix into soft dough. Knead the dough for 4-5 munitues. The consistancy should be like soft putty.
  3. Cover and let rest half an hour before pressing and rolling out.
  4. Cook the tortillas.
