Stuffed corned beef, Swiss cheese,
and pickles into pocket bread for this fun filled sandwich.

| Very thinly sliced corned beef |
2 2 ½ -ounce packages |
| Swiss cheese |

| Lettuce leaves |

| Dill or sweet pickle slices |

| Thousand Island salad dressing |

| Method |
- Use the kitchen scissors to cut each pita in half crosswise
(so you have four half circles).
- With the table knife, spread the inside of each pita pocket
with Thousand Island salad dressing.
- Put some corned beef in each pocket. Tear the Swiss cheese
into pieces to fit each pita pocket. Add cheese, lettuce leaves,
and pickle slices to each pocket.
