You mix your recipes ingredients by combining them all together usually with a spoon or an electric mixer.
Mix your ingredients using a circular motion with a spoon until your ingredients are combined.
Gently combine a light, airy mixture with a heavier mixture by using a spatula, moving down-across-up-and-over.
To stir rapidly in a circular motion. Generally, 100 strokes by hand equals about 1 minute by electric mixer.
