Grocery List
Yield: 2 ½ cups
Ingredients Amounts
Butter 1 Tbsp.
Cumin 1 pinch
Chopped Green Chilies 4 ounces
Canned Chopped Tomatoes 1 cup
Chopped Onion 1/2 cup
Shredded Jack Cheese 1/2 lb
Minced Garlic 1 tsp.
Cream Cheese 3 ounces
Pepper 1/4 tsp
Cilantro 1 Tbsp.
Tabasco as needed
   
Method

1. In a sauce pot melt the butter
2. Add in the chilies, onions, pepper, and garlic and cook lightly
3. Add tomatoes and cumin, cook for about two minutes
4. Then add in the jack and cream cheese, heat through
5. Stir in the cilentro and tabasco (to taste)
