Ingredients Amounts
Avocados, ripe 15 ea.
Plum tomatoes, seeded, small dice 8 ea.
Jalapeño peppers, seeded minced 5 ea.
Cilantro, chopped 4 Tbsp.
White onions, small dice 2 ea.
Limes, juiced 3 ea.
Salt, Tabasco, large grind black pepper To taste
 
Method
  1. Peel the avocados and cut roughly into a medium dice.
  2. Combine the avocados with the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Smash the avocados a little to form a rough paste as you mix it all together.
