Yield: 6 – 8 slices (1 pie)
Ingredients - Graham cracker crust Amounts
Graham cracker crumbs 1 1/2 cups
Sugar 1/3 cup
Butter, unsalted, melted 3 oz.
   
Method

1. Mix all ingredients together, press into bottom of a pie tin completely.

   
Ingredients - Filling Amounts
Cream cheese 4 oz.
Peanut Butter 1/2 cup
Confectioner's sugar 4 oz.
Milk, whole 1 1/2 oz.
Heavy cream (or Cool whip) 4 1/2 fluid oz.(or 1 1/2 cups of Cool Whip)
Reese's pieces, chopped 1/2 cup
Fudge sauce 1/4 cups (store bought)
Reese's pieces, whole 1/4 cup
   
Method
  1. Cream the cream cheese, peanut butter and sugar together in mixer.
  2. Add milk, mix.
  3. Whip the heavy cream to soft peaks, fold into cheese-peanut butter mixture with Reese's Pieces, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Pour into graham-lined pie tin. Smooth surface with spatula evenly. Chill for 2 hours.
  5. Drizzle top with fudge sauce and garnish with whole Reese's Pieces.
  6. Cut into 6-8 wedges.
