Combine the cucumber and salt in a colander and let it drain for 15 minutes. Squeeze out the excess moisture. Put the cucumber in a mixing bowl and stir in the yogurt, yogurt cheese, garlic, mint, and lemon juice. Adjust the seasoning with salt if necessary.
