Yield: 10 cups
Ingredients Amounts

Golden Graham cereal

3 cup
Peanuts, salted 1 cup
Raisins 1 cup
Dried banana chips 1 cup
   
Butter
2 Tbsp.
Honey 2 Tbsp.
Cinnamon ½ tsp.
Salt ¼ tsp.
Popcorn, popped 4 cup
Coconut, shredded 1 cup
   
Method
  1. Mix cereal, peanuts, raisins and banana chips in sheet or roasting pan.
  2. Heat butter and honey over low heat until melted. Stir in cinnamon and salt. Pour over cereal mixture, tossing to coat evenly.
  3. Bake about 10 minutes in 300°F oven, stirring once.
  4. Remove from oven and stir in popcorn and coconut. Sprinkle with additional salt if needed.
