- In a large bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients for meatballs,
then form into 1-inch balls.
- Brown meatballs on all sides, in heated oil. Drain on paper
towels.
- In a saucepan, combine stock, sugar, cornstarch, vinegar,
soy sauce and pineapple juice. Stir, over medium heat, for 3
minutes or until thickened.
- Add pineapple chunks, green pepper and meatballs. Simmer for
15 minutes or until heated through.
