Ingredients Amounts

Sugar

1 cup
Water 1 cup
Guava juice* 3 cup
Orange juice 1 cup
Lemon juice 3 Tbsp.
Pineapple juice 1 cup
Orange zest 2 tsp.
Ginger ale, chilled 28 oz. bottle 2 ea.
   
Method
  1. Combine sugar and water in pot. Simmer 10 minutes or until sugar dissolves. Cool.
  2. Stir in juices and zest. Chill until ready to serve.
  3. To serve, mix in ginger ale and ice.
Note: Guava purée may be mixed with water to yield the amount of juice.
