Ingredients Amounts

Coconut milk

12 oz. can 1 ea.
Granulated sugar 4 - 6 Tbsp.
Cornstarch 4 - 6 Tbsp.
Water ¾ cup
   
Method
  1. Pour coconut milk into saucepan.
  2. Combine sugar and cornstarch, then stir into water until well-blended.
  3. Add sugar mixture into coconut milk, stirring constantly over low heat until thickened.
  4. Pour into an 8-inch square pan; chill until firm.
  5. Cut into 2-inch squares and serve.
