- Set up separate containers for flour, eggs and coconut. Dip
shrimp in flour, then eggs and finally, roll in coconut, covering
thoroughly.
- Heat enough oil, which will cover the shrimp, in a deep pan.
The oil should be 375°F. (Ask an adult for help. Caution Hot Oil Can Splatter.) Deep fry shrimp until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Note: May be served with cocktail sauce, with crushed pineapple
added to taste.
