- Sauté vegetables in heated oil until softened and
cooked through. Remove from pan and reserve.
- Add more oil to pan if needed and add ham or shrimp, heating
through. Remove from pan and reserve.
- Add eggs to pan, stirring until cooked.
- Add reserved meat and steamed rice.
- Stir in vegetables, soy sauce, sesame oil and salt. Heat through.
- Serve, sprinkling with green onions.
