Grocery List
Yield: 4 Portions
Ingredients Amounts
Vegetable oil as needed
Vegetables, diced, such as
carrots, celery, peas
¾ cup
Ham or shrimp, diced 1 cup
Eggs, beaten 1 - 2 ea.
Rice, steamed 3 cup
Soy sauce 1 - 1 ½ tsp.
Sesame oil ¾ tsp.
Salt to taste
Green onion, thinly sliced 2 Tbsp.
   
Method
  1. Sauté vegetables in heated oil until softened and cooked through. Remove from pan and reserve.
  2. Add more oil to pan if needed and add ham or shrimp, heating through. Remove from pan and reserve.
  3. Add eggs to pan, stirring until cooked.
  4. Add reserved meat and steamed rice.
  5. Stir in vegetables, soy sauce, sesame oil and salt. Heat through.
  6. Serve, sprinkling with green onions.

Note: "Wikiwiki" means "quick" in Hawaiian.
