Cut dough into ½ inch squares, balls or other shapes and sizes.
Heat at least 4 inches of oil in a pot. (Ask an adult for help.)
Fry the dough balls, a few at a time, until golden brown. Remove with slotted spoon and place on paper towels.
In a large bowl, place powdered sugar. In another bowl, place sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Toss drained balls with desired coating.
