Print Recipe
Grocery List
Yield: Makes 6 entrée or 12 appetizer portions
Ingredients Amounts
Beef Tenderloin, loin, or top round, trimmed 2 lb.
Teriyaki Marinade (see recipe) 1 cup
Teriyaki Sauce (see recipe) 2 cups

Method

1. Cut the beef into thin slices. Combine the beef with the marinade, turning to coat evenly, and marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.

2. Preheat the grill. Place the beef on the grill. Grill or broil undisturbed until well-browned on the first side, about 2 minutes.

3. Turn the beef over and complete cooking to the desired doneness, about 2 more for rare or 4 minutes for medium.

4. Serve the beef at once with the teriyaki sauce.
