Salsa Cruda

Ingredients
Amounts
Tomatoes, plum, seeded, medium dice
20 ea.
Onion, Spanish, small dice
1 ea.
Green Pepper, small dice
1 ea.
Limes, juice of
2 ea.
Cilantro, rough chopped
3 Tbsp.
Salt
to taste
Method
1. Combine all the ingredients. Store chilled for service.
2. Do not peel the tomatoes.
