Ingredients Amounts
Boneless Beef Roast
any size
Basil to taste
Garlic (powder or clove) to taste
Crazy Salt (optional) to taste
Hot Sauce (mild) a few drops
Olive Oil (extra virgin) to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
   
Method


1. Pre-head oven to 500 degrees.

2. Season roast with all the above ingredients.

3. Pound roast until tender, stab with fork lightly also works.

4. Put roast in oven for 5 minutes per pound.

5. Turn oven off.

6. Let roast sit in oven for 1:30 to 2 hours.

7. Serve and enjoy!

Tip: put small slices across the top of the roast, it conducts the heat better!
