Yield: 4 Parfaits
Ingredients Amounts
Quaker Diet Frosted Rice or Wheat Puffs 1 cup
Dietetic Chocolate Pudding Mix 2 envelopes
Skim Milk 2 cups
   
Method

1. Heat Rice puffs in shallow baking pan in pre-heated moderate oven (350 f) about 10 minutes.

2. Remove from oven.

3. Add pudding mix to milk in sauce pan, stirring until well blended. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until mixture comes to boil. Remove from heat; cool 20 minutes.

4. Spoon alternate layers of rice puffs and pudding into parfait glasses

5. Chill & serve.
