Yield: 3-4 servings
Ingredients Amounts
Medium shells
1 box
American cheese 1/2 pound
Parmesan cheese optional

Method

1. Boil water and cook shells as directed on box. When you pour in the shells set the oven to 350 degrees.

2. When shells are finished put them in a shallow pan. First put in half and layer the american cheese over top so that each section is filled. Repeat until no more shells are left.

3. On very top add the parmesan (optional).

4. Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until toothpick shows it is crunchy.

5. Take it out and let cool for about 5-10 minutes. Then dig in.
