Ingredients Amounts

Pizza dough (we get our pizza dough from the local pizzeria)
2 balls
Pasta sauce
Mozzarella cheese, grated (another child’s fun activity)
3/4 lb
Pepperoni slices
Red pepper flakes

Method

1. Spread dough out on table sprinkled with flour until round and flat. A very methodical process for Joshua.

2. Spread sauce on dough up to ¼” up edges (less if you like more crust)

3. Sprinkle ½ lb of cheese on pizza (1/4 of the cheese has now been eaten by Joshua during the grating process)

4. Layer pepperoni slices in any design over cheese

5. Sprinkle red pepper flakes all over

6. Bake at 450 for about 15-20 minutes.
