Ingredients Amounts
   
Large pasta shells
1 box
Ricotta cheese 2 lb
Mozzarella cheese, grated (8 oz for filling, 4 oz for Joshua while grating) 12 oz
Eggs 2
Pasta sauce (your favorite kind) 28 oz.
Parsley ½ bunch
Parmesano Reggiano cheese (grated) 1 cup
Salt and pepper to taste
   
Method


1. Cook shells according to directions on box, do not overcook

2. Sprinkle sauce on bottom of baking pan

3. Mix all together except shells and sauce

4. Fill each shell with approx 2 tbsp mixture.

5. Lay in pan, sprinkle sauce on top.

6. Bake at 350 for approx. 30 minutes.

7. Serve with sauce and some grated cheese on top.
