Ingredients Amounts
Broccoli
3 cups
Cauliflower (if desired) 3 cups
White onions (sliced) 2 cups
Bell peppers (sliced, two different colors) 2 cups

Method

1. Start boiling your brocoli and califlower. I would cook them in two different pots.
2. Start sautéing your onions in a medium high tempature, for five to ten minutes, or until they are golden brown.
3. Once you have finished sautéing your onions, put them in a small bowl and maybe put them into the microwave for the onions to stay warm. You don't have to heat them, just leave them in there until your finished.
4. Take your bell pepers and cut them into about cenetimeter width.
5. Cook them in the same pan as you did with the onions (save your mom from cleaning despair). I would say for about 3-to-5 minutes.
6. Now, if your brocoli & cauliflower are done, drain them using a strainer. This will get rid of all of your unwanted water, and not your food! Once you have drained the vegetables put them back into the pot to cool.
7. Take your sautéd onions out of the microwave. And pour them into the pan with the waiting pepers inside. Make sure your burner is turned off though, you don't need to cook them altogether.
8. Finally, add the brocoli and or califlower, and mix them in with the other vegetables. And serve them in a bowl, just as colorful as the dish itself.
