Yield: 1 loaf
Ingredients Amounts
All-Purpose Flour 2 1/2 cups
Granulated Sugar 1/2 cup
Brown Sugar, Packed 1/2 cup
Baking Powder 3 1/2 tsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
Vegetable oil 3 Tbsp.
Milk 1/3 cup
Mashed Banana ( 2-3 bananas) 1 1/4 cup
Egg 1
Chopped Nuts (optional) 1 cup
   
Method

1. Heat oven to 350.
2. Grease bottom of 9" loaf pan.
3. Mix all ingredients and beat for 30 seconds.
4. Pour into pan and bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean (60 minutes).
5. Cool slightly. Loosen sides of loaf from pan and remove bread from pan.
6. Cool completely before slicing. May be stored (wrapped) in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
