Yield: 24 pieces
Ingredients Amounts
Frosting  
Powdered Sugar 2 cups
Milk 1/4 cup
Butter 4 Tbsp
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Cinnamon as needed
   
Waffles  
Baking mix

2 cups

Milk 1 1/4 cups
Eggs 2
Butter 2 Tbsp
Cinnamon as needed
   
Chocolate Cake  
Sugar 2 cups
Flour 2 cups
Butter 2 sticks
Baking cocoa 1/4 cup
Water 1 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Eggs, lightly beaten 2
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Baking soda 1 tsp
   
Method

Frosting
Blend powdered sugar with melted butter, milk, vanilla. Beat for a few minutes. Add some cinnamon, mix in and cool. Continue to add powdered sugar about every 20 min until thick to your liking

Waffles
Melt butter, beat all ingredients in medium bowl. Use waffle iron to cook. Waffles are done when steam stops.

Cake
Set oven to 400 degrees.
1. Blend melted butter, sugar, flour, baking cocoa, and water. Mix well.
2. Add milk, eggs, vanilla, and baking soda. Mix well.
3. Pour into 13" x 9" pan. Bake for 35-40 min. Cool cake for at least 30 min.
4. Cut a piece of cake the size of a waffle square. Lay on top of waffle.
5. Cut the 2 layers into 4 smaller squares.
6. Drizzle the cinnamon frosting on top.
