Ingredients Amounts
Cucumber
1
Tomato 2
Onion 2
Capsicum (bell pepper) 1/2
Coriander Leaves 1/3 cup
Gaked Beans (canned) 6 heaped Tbsp
Baby Corns (canned) 5 to 7
Cheese Slices 3 to 4
Lemon to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
   
Method


1. Remove the skins of the cucumber and the onions.

2. Chop the cucumber, the tomatoes, athe onions, and the capsicum.

3. Wash all the vegetables, and put them in a clean bowl.

4. Chop the baby corns into small pieces and put them in the bowl.

5. Tear the cheese slices into small pieces and put them in the bowl.

6. Put the baked beans in the bowl.

7. Sprinkle some coriander leaves.

8. Add the salt and the pepper.

9. Squeeze the lemon's juice on top, and mix everything well.

Makes 3-4 servings.
