8 cups of chicken stock
2 stalks of celery
3 carrots
1/2 cup cooked diced chicken
Let's get started:
Dice up your celery and carrots.
Bring the chicken stock to a boil in a large pot.
Add your diced vegetables.
Add the uncooked rice.
Cover and cook till rice is tender about 20 minutes.
Add the diced cooked chicken.
Cook for a few more minutes.
