What you need to get started:

Round crackers like Ritz crackers
Candy corn
Canned vanilla frosting
Chocolate Kiss candy
Caramel

Let's get started:

Spread the vanilla frosting onto the cracker.
Place 5-candy corn around the top part of the cracker.
Place the candy Kiss at the bottom of the cracker to make the body.
Spread a little frosting on the Kiss and put a piece of candy corn on that for its beak.
Put a small amount of frosting on the back and attach the caramel to that so it stands.
