This is my niece, Mary Kate, who took the Italian Cooking course offered to children in the spring of 2002. She is anxiously awaiting her course catalog for the spring of 2004 when I told her I will take her again for her birthday.

"I have attended the CIA in Hyde Park before, and Andrew has just received a gift certificate for his first class. He signed up to take the Kids Baking course on December 6th, in Hyde Park. Andrew has a favorite recipe he'd like to share, "A Way Too Rich Hot Fudge Upside Down Cake". The reason Andrew likes this recipe so much, is that he thinks it is cool how the cake rises to the top.

Joshua and I attended Chef Zifchaks Children and Parents Cooking Together classes last March. Josh has a few of his favorite recipes he'd like to share. SpanakopitaGreek Spinach pie. This is Joshuas favorite to make and favorite to eat! He loves eating the buttered filo dough. Pepperoni Pizza: One of Joshuas favorite foods hell eat and make any time! And Stuffed Shells, Joshua loves the grating process and the stuffing process. Its messy but gets the job done!
